Both phones are also eligible for an extended warranty ($89 and $69 respectively) called Nexus Protect that adds 2 year of coverage against accidental damage and 24-hour phone or online claim submission, and promises a replacement on the next business day with free shipping both ways. $79 deductible, 2 incidents covered in the 2 years.

MUCH cheaper than the $10-15/month+deductible insurance things that are out there now.

Does the fact that they sell different sizes mean they don't have expandable storage?

The Nexus line hasn't had removable storage for at least the past two generations.

A day after the Nexus 6P takes second place on the DxOMark rankings for cameraphones (behind the Galaxy S6), the Xperia Z5 comes and takes the overall lead by 1 point.

Yet to be tested: iPhone 6S.

For me it'll be a toss up between the Z5 and both Nexus phones. Fuck the Oneplus Two.

Well, had that question answered for me. Nexus 5 hit the skids yesterday. Screen will occasionally come on and even more occasionally respond to touch, but most of the time it just goes dark and can only be interacted with via ADB. Nexus 5X isn't out, so the Moto X has been ordered.
