The Prius my workmate bought off me, is getting Tein adjustable suspension, and some sort of JDM 16" alloys fitted to it

Prius looks remarkably good.

In somewhat unrelated news, I'm currently negotiating to own a Leaf, since with a girlfriend who lives 60-80km round trip away (depending on traffic and route), I'm doing around 500km (300 miles) a week in the 86. Which is getting up there in fuel bill, and depreciation hit.

It's a well spec'd 2013, weirdly, on OZ 17" alloys, and the same size tyres as the 86.

I own the Leaf, and have done 1100km in it over the last two weeks. Appears it will do the job well, so long as I plan charging / use according to days plan.

Personalised plate is of my devising, and amuses me no end.

First month of driving Leaf as a daily has been and gone.
Over 2,000km, based on initial numbers of electricity bill increase (with of course the disclaimer that I don't know exactly what my bill would have been, without the car charging, but based on increase in power bill over usual expectation)... it looks like I spent in the region of NZ$60 more in power. I definitely spent $360 less in petrol, than I would have done travelling those km's in the Toyota 86.
For the green leaning folk, I would note that electricity in NZ is nearly all renewable (wind, hydro etc, very little coal).

New exhaust system on the rally car, as the previous one was 12 years old. Not a bad run considering the level of beating that it has been taking.
Same guy did this system as last. We were both impressed at how well it had held up.
Probably need to cough up the $$$ and put some decent headers on it, to maximise the new 2.5" system.

10,000km traveled in the Leaf today, since March. Really like it, was a good money saver, as far as anything car related for me saves money.
Especially given that I've bought a spare charger, new used JDM wheels, and just ordered some tyres today. So, probably not much money really saved, overall. But it's $1200 saved by spending a small amount on electricity rather than a much larger amount on petrol over the 10,000km.
Bought a boy racer'd sack of shit condition 2000 Toyota RS Vitz 3 door hatch, 1500cc manual tonight. She's roooooooough. Also, very loud, and needs to be either fixed a LOT, or ignored, and driven into the ground. Fate for the car if it's not shit, is replace fart cannon exhaust with quiet muffler, then teach an inlaw or two how to drive, and also do some autocross duties.
Looks way worse in person than this photo FYI.

This is the fourth Vitz (or Echo, or Yaris, or Platz, depending on what you want to call them) that I've bought I think.
Two 2 door hatch RS's
One 4 door hatch RS
One 4 door hatch non RS, 1300cc, horribly slow.
The 1500's are heaps of giggles, in the first gen Vitz anyway. The second gen 1500cc RS Vitz is a slug, and barely faster than the older 1300. Those I do not suggest at all, as they're horribly disappointing.
