Car Yards before purchase:

Car Yards after purchase:
That's all fair wear and tear what do you expect?
Predictable.

Fight it. Brother in law, and Dad, and the exact same probs. After a lot of persisting, and swearing, things got done. Threaten with the CGA or whatever.

Hilarious, rather than get the back wiper working, and replace / skim front brake rotors, dealer is saying bring vehicle back for a refund.

Pretty sure he just doesn't want to deal with me.
Which is amusing, given that I've been super super super polite to him.

Kia returned, money refunded. Salesman was just a douchebag, wish I'd recorded the conversation, as it'd have played really well as a customer review I think.

Wow.
This is the law I want to practice and I am not sure I have ever heard of that happening.

The sad thing is, he's going to sell that same car with those same problems to someone else now.
Fair Go his ass.

The thing is, it's maybe $500 tops to get the car sorted. It's just that on principle, if the sales guy is going to be a douche, he's going to be the one paying it to put it right, not me.
If he hadn't been difficult, I'd still own the car. But I'm not putting up with his nonsense.
