    Alternatives to MS briefcase?

I keep work stuff on a thumb drive. I need to keep a copy of those files in at least one PC. I tried using the briefcase attribute to a folder, but it developed the "not enough memory to open" problem. So I reverted it to a normal file folder.

I've heard of SyncToy. What do you guys use to keep your thumbdrives synchronized?
    acket.

    I don't, so there's that.

But SyncToy is very cool. Allway Sync is also a nice tool. In 2014, though, I would seriously consider using Dropbox (etc.) and including the flash drive as a local, sync'd location. Some flash drives include software for performing this function as well, though I'd certainly aim for a third party, more universally applicable solution - like SyncToy, Allway, or Dropbox.
