    Its like 5 minutes per coil on the Crown Vic. Plugs add maybe another 5. Intake is drivers side though so different design which makes it easier. (You can do all 8 without pulling it)

    If you can get autozone or advance to check the codes they can tell you which cylinder is out.

    Youll probably spend more time dealing with the intake than changing all the plugs and coils.

    I think maybe NGK plugs are a bad idea. Both the SHO and the XR4Ti always preferred OE Motorcraft plugs, and every experiment off the reservation ended in failure. Not sure if the 4.6l is so sensitive, but it might be worth sticking with OE plugs. Rockauto does carry Motorcraft, FWIW.

    LoL no way -- the H00pra ran well when I sold it. Leaked oil as bad as the Bananastang does but ran better.
