TRU has been in the throes of closing down for a while now. That previous Times Square outlet was the site of a few massive LEGO events, and the only place you could score a Yoda minifig with a clever “NY I<3” (New York, I heart) shirt.

Kinda sucks really, online shopping is apparently to blame (well, for our chain store closure anyway).
So, do I get murdered if I ask about Ali Express fake Lego?
Oh yes, just as a reminder: https://shop.lego.com/en-US/Voltron-...A&RRID=3048428
Looks like the next Creator Expert vehicle will be a 007-themed Aston Martin. Best guesses so far state that it will be a DB5.
New car unveiled, and it is indeed the DB5. And… people commenting on Brickset don’t like it one bit. I actually quite like it.
It’s uhhhh, available right now. I’m no marketing expert but releasing the same day it’s unveiled is an odd ploy.
The car features all the things you’d expect, plus an array of gadgets that were secretly installed by the Lego Q Division.

It's... Ugly. Really Ugly.
I actually saw some Nanoblocks in a toy store half-way between here and Toronto. (Near a restaurant where my wife likes to meet her best friend). I thought about buying the telephone box until I saw that it was about $27!
It might not match the sculpted beauty of a real DB5 but the thing is made from a pile of mostly square bricks.
