    Jack Brabham dies

    Sir Jack Brabham died today.

An amazing man, unique in field that is full of amazing drivers.
3 world titles, one them in a car of his own design.
Won his first world title by pushing his car over the finish line (often listed as the greatest finish in F1 history)
He didnt start racing until he was in his 20s!

Brabham in '67, when Denny Hulme won the F1 championship in the sister car.

Won his final (of three) F1 championship in '66, at the age of 40.

    88 years old.

RIP... but also, happy for such a great life and laying down a path for more Aussies to get into motorsports.

I especially like the story of him being the only person to take the F1 World Championship on foot
