Is that a local gym or a chain? That's some motivation!

    Good stuff, bro.

In Taipei for a lads' weekend and hit the gym yesterday. I thought I'd chill as I had 2 glasses of champagne and 2 negronis in the lounge before the flight. But when the hotel's gym is actually free access to a large commercial gym with 2 lifting platforms and 12 squat racks, yeah. So I did a full workout with 115kg Deadlifts and no belt or straps lol.

The 5k was colder than I had anticipated, but overall a solid run.20191109_091749.jpg

It is a chain. Lifetime fitness.

I think you'd be surprised what a typical full-grown male with no training can deadlift. Unless you are severely undersized, you probably can.

Now mind you, to do it with proper form and safely, that would be where practice is important...

Yes. Ideally I should have done it with a belt, but my trainer said the form was decent without it so I was ok.

I've been in a London gym where a guy was doing 110kg Deadlifts x 8 with a rounded back. He was a nice guy and let me work in, but it was painful to watch.

Guys. I have a hard enough time going from a squat with no weight and not having some sort of stability issue

Well, I mean, you are starting from a different base at the moment.

This destroys all of the crap in The Game Changers. So great.

Swam for the first time since the hip, Natasha, was replaced. My poor proprioception on my right leg is highlight even moreso in the water, and just flutter kicking really upsets the muscles in my hip.

I felt like shit during the swim, but when I was looking at my times, I was impressed to see what I was hitting.

    Just food for thought
