Mr. Trump told me that people make innocent mistakes and that we learn and grow from these experiences.
    That sounds out of caricature.

Trump used to hang with the Clintons. Mrs Trumps likes Michelle Obama. They're liberals disguised as conservatives.

Hillary is an opened liberal, but possibly a closet conservative from the South. Trump is now pretending to be conservative, but obviously hiding his liberal roots in his closet in NY.

Trump may turned out to be a better actor than Ronald Reagan!

When Kasich’s adviser asked how this would be the case, Donald Jr. explained that his father’s vice president would be in charge of domestic and foreign policy.

Good leaders know how to delegate I guess...

Wasn't there also a rumor Trump reserves the right to not actually serving in the WH upon winning the election and thus throw Washington DC completely upside down...

    I like the next bit:

Then what, the adviser asked, would Trump be in charge of?

“Making America great again” was the casual reply.

That IS the policy. Trump has precisely fuck-all for a platform, other than junior high name calling tactics.

There's never been any substance to his whole campaign, and look where it got him. So why start now?

More of a reflection on the people supporting him than anything (again, hitting that point)...

    1: Ban Muslims
    2: Build a wall
3: Hillary is Obama part 3

    There's your synopsis.
it's sad that with that being the literal platform, people are still taking him seriously enough to vote for him.

The cognitive dissonance is at another level.
