Our whole lounge suite looks like that. Well, the sofa anyway, chairs still have black leather on them as they don't get sit on as much.

Got the appraisal back on the house, and it was 25k more than I initially thought it would be.

House needs LOTS more work before I take fancy pics. So far all I've done is paint my office and set it up (with a new sleek glass desk, the first I've owned), change out a handful of the horrible 1980s gold light fixtures for modern stuff (some nickel, some bronze), installed a stand-up freezer, and changed out a tacky old ceiling fan for a nice one.
Shop is coming along nicely, though. And this mid-rise 6000 lb scissor hoist seems to work quite nicely so far.
Riding mower is getting a BIG workout on 4 acres....
4 acres!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Wow.
Yeah but I only mow one. Cuz fuuuuuck the rest. (Although I cut hiking trails through it.)
