Yeah. MadCatz basically went under soon after the RB4 launch, then they went with PDP (who used to be Pelican). PDP screwed up a bunch of the initial batches, so there were tons of returns along with just being wholly unable to keep up with demand even if all the items were fully functional. Back when EA and MTV were publishing partners, there was more money to throw at the problem, but now that Harmonix is essentially an indie developer again, it's a lot tougher. I dread the day I break my drum pedal.
