Noted this over in the RB thread too, but weird that the Simple Minds song came out for both RB and RS this week, and just now realized that I Wanna Rock came out for RB last week. Odd correlation between the two games -- it could just be that the licensing opened up, but I have a hard time believe that both were so in demand that they got snapped up immediately upon availability.

EDIT: Also learned from the RS twitter feed that Kerry King of Slayer did the guitars for No Sleep. He also shows up in the video playing the solo. I did not know this.

Unless noted, all songs E Standard. Everybody Wants to Rule the World was an on-disc song with pro guitar for RB3, so I've actually played that on the Pro Squier. Interesting to see how similar/different it is in RS, or if how to play it will come back to me quickly.

I did get the Beastie Boys pack, love it. A little Kerry King thrown in is quite awesome.

Also, picked up my first bass, an Ibanez Mikro in blue. Due to the short scale design, it is about the same size as my other electric guitars. It is the blue one, btw. Having loads of fun with it.

I keep forgetting to check what kind of bass I have. It's an Ibanez, but I can't remember the model. Definitely fun, though I suck unless I'm playing with a pick.
