Saw my first i8 this week.
Red Cobra sold; might have been a blessing in disguise.
Told the guy I had $5,000 to spend and he said okay. My Dad and I are going down tomorrow to check it out and probably buy it. Paint appears to be the only thing holding it back. Motor isn't really touched, tons of drivetrain and suspension upgrades. Does need sway bars, though. It's a '98 so it's not IRS yet.

Solid axles are underrated anyway. That car looks like it fits your bill nicely. Hope it checks out!
Oh, shit. Yeah. Sorry. I bought it. Posted it in my garage thread.
Drove it to work today so I can register it at AAA in Monroeville tonight on the way home. Looks like rain the rest of the week so I wanted to take advantage of this really nice February weather.
Thanks again to everyone who chipped in on the research, very much appreciated.
Bullitt Mustang Possibly Leaked
Ford recently teamed up with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to introduce the new 2018 Mustang to the world and in the course of his marketing partnership with Ford Motor Company, the star released behind-the-scenes video of a 3-day long commercial shoot held at Ford’s secret facilities in Dearborn.
In one of the scenes, the camera pans past some Ford sketchboards which often contain renderings and drawings of future vehicles and are released along with the production vehicle — such as in Ford’s press kit when it debuted the 2018 Mustang. One eagle-eyed M6G member caught what is unmistakably a Bullitt Mustang, which the company has not offered since 2009.
Dodge should release a Bullitt Charger (Demon/Hellcat)
