Funny thing is I just installed FM6:A the other day and can't remember at all if I was given the choice of a path. FM7 is 100+ gigs and I have a spare 128GB SSD left over from the old PC so I plan to just put it on there. We'll see.

Oh, well, here we go:
That's almost deceptively easy.
Yep.
Now try taking 'ownership' of the folder so that you can view its contents.
Would it work to put a symbolic link on the main drive to a directory on another drive?
Windows 10 is really serious about their updates, eh?
Nearly half my 120GB SSDs space is gone just for Win10
Windows updated yesterday for me and decided to break my audio.
Its not even detecting the hardware now. Just says No Audio Output Device is Installed.
I've tried everything that has resolved the problem before with no change. One of the updates it installed won't uninstall as well.
Any ideas? Laptop without sound is useless to me.
Find out what audio system (onboard or not) you have and manually download the drivers from the manufacturer's page. Usually Realtek is king.
Its intel hd audio. Manual install causes a loop where it installs, restarts then wants to install again.
Im running a backup of my files and will likely just try a full recovery on it.
