Going back to when I was growing up in Florida in the 90's...there was a music phenomenon....BASS music. Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa...there were lots of groups making bass music. Some of it decent, much of it crap.

The best ones were 95 South, DJ Magic Mike (not related to the stupid movie), and my personal favorite, BASS 305.

What? No shout out to 2 Live Crew? They called national attention to Miami bass!

Edit: Bass 305 sounds like .mods from the '80s.

My fave 2LC track. Doesn't get any better than riding around and bumping this in a '76 Vega.

What's kinda nuts to me is how mellow 2LC is today. It doesn't feel even slightly hard.

I am not impressed with the new Marilyn Manson album overall, but credit where credit is due - this track is SOLID.
