Love The Tick. The original 2001 series with Patrick Warburton is also up on Prime.

Parks and Rec is awesome. I was at a garden center wearing a Mouse Rat shirt when a guy stopped me to ask me about it. He said that his daughter loves both mice and rats and that the shirt would be perfect for her, and asked where I got it.

I told him it's a Parks and Rec thing and easily found online, to which he responded "Parks and Rec? My brother's on that show, I should probably know that."

Then my wife informed me that I was talking to Chad Lowe.

watched Ocean's 8....yes, the all female one. I heard it had some 3D printer stuff in it, and I've enjoyed the Ocean's movies so far mostly.

It was....ok. The 3D printing part was completely fictional, there's no way to print zirconia on a 3D printer like that (yet), and definitely not a crappy Makerbot (there's a long, sordid story about that company)

Well there are other 3D printing references in TV shows and movies lately that have been pretty accurate. Netflix's Lost in Space is a good example. The 3D printer used in that one is basically what can be done now in real life.
