Cool, I will rent it then, or watch on the Kindle or something. If you've read The Road, and can take more like that, try reading The Dog Stars by Peter Heller. It seems obvious he read The Road. He also uses a very minimalist style of writing. He injects some slight bits of humor here and there, but it is also mostly dark. I liked it a little bit more than The Road, but I'm not saying it's a better piece of work. I haven't seen plans for it to be a movie though.

There is nothing on TV I am looking more forward to than the next (last probably?) season of SOA. I think the unraveling will be completed, and spectacular.

I still can't get used to the idea of a young skinny hot Amanda Waller.

It's become the new norm. She's that way in the current DC comic universe, as well.

Been watching a lot of movies on Netflix lately. 1-2 a night this week. Some good, some bad, some mediocre: Dream House, The Number 23, The Eye, World War Z, and a couple more this week.

Last night I watched a Danish film called The Hunt, with Mads Mikkelsen, (Le Chiffre from Casino Royale), who gave quite a powerful performance in this movie with a troubling and disturbing theme. The Hunt was nominated for a 2014 Oscar in the category of best foreign film, and for good reason.

You're the second person I know to mention The Hunt. I'll give it a go at some point.

It's definitely worth watching, an added bonus is a cameo from a Breaking Bad star that will make you smile.
