Hmmm, the second season of Stranger Things mustn't be far away now?

For now I'm watching the Giro d'Italia of course

You're not the only one. They totally nailed it without hitting you over the head with it.

Watched Suicide Squad: boring, half baked tripe with mediocre acting and terrible dialogues. Really, one of the worst superhero (or action) movie of the last 20 years. I don't give a rat ass if Hayer says the studio cut the movie differently from what he intended to... the dialogues are ABYSMAL.
This is the End with James Franco, Seth Rodgen, Jay Baruchel and so on. Crap. Quite SNL low quality crap, with more vulgarities and idiocy.
Chef with Jon Favreau: very sweet, simple, cosy and made me wish to try a lot of cuban food.

Finished the 4th season of House of Cards: liked it a lot. The Underwoods are... a force of nature. Dark one.

I need to check out Stranger Things. I've only heard word-of-mouth commentary about it, and all good.

Maybe I can do that instead of watching the new CBS series Star Trek: Discovery when it debuts this fall. Apparently would-be viewers must cough up a monthly fee to CBS for an All-Access Pass or some such foolishness. No thanks.

So did anyone else see that 12 Monkeys season 3 was broadcast over the course of just 3 consecutive nights? Very interesting strategy by Syfy to do this in light of the binge watching/streaming direction of 'television'. I'll be curious to see how it works out for them.

I saw my DVR filled up with a bunch of episodes, and just assumed that it recorded repeats, until I checked the names of the episodes with season 3.
