I've known about Firefly for quite some time. I don't go out of my way to watch a lot of things. I played the Firefly board game at a friend's place over the holidays and liked it. It finally made me check out the show. After three episodes, I'm hooked. I'm not going to watch all the episodes at once, however. If I watch a bit at a time and spread them out, I'll enjoy it more.

Has Cam found a situation where Dock-onomics works?

Was that Oberyn (?) at 1:05 saying Lanisters aren't the only ones that repay their debts? Not at all how I had pictured him. Or Martells at all for that matter.

I've re-watched Firefly more times than I care to remember - I still enjoy it

Yes to that! Watch Firefly often, it's the best medicine.

I've been on a loop watching bits of Zak Snyder's Watchmen on Blu-Ray when I have some downtime. Highly enjoyable. Looks luscious. The best thing he's done -- or ever will do.

Agreed. He's like Rob Zombie in that he'll knock a sheer masterpiece (Watchmen/The Devil's Rejects) out bookended with continual proof that he's a talentless hack at heart.

I started Blacklist a few days ago, so far I'm five episodes in and I'm really enjoying it. It's quite an interesting concept and it's always fun to watch James Spader out act everyone on screen. The main chick seems particularly bad, as does the guy from Homeland.

OK, just saw this on Hulu and apparently it's on the IFC network: The Spoils of Babylon. Awesome parody miniseries with a ton of famous faces.
