After an epic season, the ESR 2014 Endurance Championship all comes to a head at our now famous year-end 2.4 Hours of LeMans! Last season produced yet another barn-burner as rookie Dmitri Buksha out-dueled Dave Hutton to take Prototype honours, while John Culbert, Jr. dominated for TVR only to wreck on the last lap and hand the win to teammate Jonathan Hill!

The race will again feature two classes from the Historic GT & Touring Car mod: first, the legendary Ford vs Ferrari war continues, as the Prototype class features the GT-40 Mark I vs. the Ferrari P330! In addition, we will see the classic GTC-65 cars take to the track to battle for the GT class win!

We'll be using VLM's 1990s LeMans WITH the chicanes on Mulsanne.

The track can be downloaded here:

Fuel will be set to 1x. ONE mandatory pit stop is required, for a minimum of "2 laps of fuel." The Prototypes will each require one stop, though fuel levels will vary. The GTC-65 cars vary, but then so do their pace, leaving strategy wide open.

The time scale will be configured to start the race around dusk, drive into the night, and then finish in daylight.

We will not be using custom skins for this race, as it's a one-off event and there's plenty of cars to go around.

So make sure you register your car selection here as soon as possible if it's important to you:

Ferrari P330 (any)
Ford GT-40 (any)

Aston Martin DB4
Austin Healey 3000
Twin-Engine Mini Cooper

Mercedes 300SL
Shelby Cobra 289

Remember, we still have the second-annual ESR Endurance Racing Championship to decide! Because we only have four races, the thing is wide open, with Tom Lory holding a slim lead over teammate Chris James. But with the points structure, really the entire Top 10 is potentially in the running, so let's see a good turnout!
