I originally thought he'd just make the country worse for 4 years then get defeated. I'm glad I didn't cast my vote, because I'm thinking impeachment now.

I voted what I expect. I'm hoping that he is brought down by the emoluments clause. #fingerscrossed

I just don't think this Congress is gonna go after him for that.

    He'll get assassinated.

I say that, because you can only beat a dog so many times before the dog bites back.

    Ha-ha---ho-ho.

After the events of today, impeachment suddenly seems like a distant possibility. Sally Yates was only the acting AG, but still...

This is entertaining from this far away.

Which will sadly just make him a martyr, and make things worse in the US.

Pretty much -- Trump supporters are still strongly pro-Trump.

Indeed, only one week in, there’s evidence that Trump has deepened his support among Republican voters. A Quinnipiac Poll released Thursday found Trump’s job approval among all Americans at an anemic 36%, a result far worse than any incoming president in modern history. But inside the survey was a striking contradictory trend: Trump’s rating has actually improved among Republicans since his inauguration.
Republicans control most of the U.S. government. They approve of Trump's (or Bannon's, or Putin's, whoever) actions. This is not going to stop, it's only going to get more and more conservative, authoritarian and divisive. #shrug

My vote is for him precipitating Armageddon and dying along with all other human beings on Earth.
