    Well to your point, they were also tasked with overturning a result if it was deemed that the voter base was insane, misled, etc. just like a Judge in a court case....and technically some SHOULD have overturned the results this time.

    True, true, But overturning a presidential election would be one hell of a slippery slope and a dramatic shift in the balance of power. Possibly an unhealthy shift. Not sure I'd actually like to see that.

    Yeah, the problem is, no matter what we do right now...we're screwed because there's a large segment of the population that has been brainwashed and conditioned to go into absolute craziness if anything happens.

    Trump nominating a new head of the Federal Reserve - is that just another move to remove someone Obama put in, just for the sake of it?

    Most of them either seem to last about 10 years if they get through the first couple, but the current one has been in for three and Trump's replacing her in his first 12 months in office.
