You bring up a good point, Ang -- who are some directors you like that are 1.) alive today, and 2.) have filmed a movie where the budget was at least $50 million USD?

Just started watching Psych. I know I'm behind the times.

Are you talking about the movie CHiPS, Rich? I skipped it because the reviews were so bad. If it's funny though, I might still check it out.

I too enjoy Travelers... But something always gets messed up with time travel shows.

Yes, the movie, Bill. It's a good way to pass the time and it doesn't suck.

You're not alone. As long as it's not a big hit that's constantly referenced then getting to watch 100 episodes on your own time is tops (or were you talking about Psych: The Movie that aired just last month)

I'd try with Villeneuve, Doug Liman or Kosinski.
    Or Del Toro!

Philip K Dick's Electric Dreams on Amazon. Worth a look if you're into sci-fi.

    Yeah, it's refreshingly crude.

    Another Pysch fan.
Also a House fan and just binging on it right now.
Both have the “Sherlock Holmes” factor of someone who can read clues and make amazing deductions, but for different effects.
I poor on that sort of observational skill, especially on people, but really enjoy seeing the brain-in-overdrive style show.

I was saying to novi the other day when a show introduces time travel it has jumped the shark. The latest season of Agents Of Shield starts with the team 70 years in the future. It has been out for a couple of months already, but I only just startied watching.

The last season of Dark Matter used time travel too. Then, it got really wacky. The last scene was super out there and the show was cancelled.
