Last time I went to the petrol station to fill up it was £1.13.9 per litre and I managed to get it dead on both the litres and the pounds. 36L for £41.

I check my online banking every other day just to see how poor I am and work out how much money I have left until pay day. Then sometimes cry. Since my son came to stay I get extra benefits so it's not so bad actually. The extra £400 every four weeks is great, just it only lasts until Nune next year when he turns 16.

IMHO, if you really think you're in the "customer service" industry, you really shouldn't escalate into a fight with a customer like this. No matter what. Refuse service, bite your tongue or whatever else would be better than having a yelling match with a customer.

From a bystander point of view... you'd never know if the emotionally crazy might pull out a weapon or something... so I wouldn't just stand around or taping the incident. I'd either just get the hell out of there... or try to intervene and calm the situation down.

Of course the wording of the question could be obscure, too because if it talks about the range between 0 and 11, that suggests (though not technically) that that's the range of the answer/unknown too.
