Also, Barrett has now been confirmed for SCOTUS.

I put this here because they were government-related.

I regularly flag the same poster multiple times a week now for submitting right-wing political BS.

After Trump's rally in Omaha last night, he flew off in Air Force one while thousands were stuck in the cold waiting for buses that were supposed to take them to their cars or, alternately, walking the 3.7 miles to the lot.

At least 9 people were taken to the ER with hypothermia, overheard on a police scanner was at least one elderly couple who were no longer able to move and "in an altered mental state" from the cold.

It's always interesting to see a metaphor be acted out in real life. Tell a bunch of people what they want to hear and then fly off in your own jet while you literally leave them out in the cold.

Returning to Rhinehart’s blog that got him a mention in the Times, he also claims that Nancy Pelosi “controls” San Francisco [...] In reality it is Silicon Valley that ruined the Bay Area—not unlike previous periods of history, where the frontiers of technology and financial capital conspired to lay waste to the region as they extracted its mineral wealth. Decades ago, when Silicon Valley’s manufacturing was contained to the area, it made the land and waters of East Palo Alto (a predominantly non-white area) one of the most toxic in the country. The story of how that region has been poisoned by and its wealth eclipsed (and extracted) by Menlo Park and Silicon Valley is the real story of who ruined the Bay Area.

So I was thinking today, did appointing Coney Barrett actually hurt Trump's chance at re-election?

Think about how many people voted for him solely to get conservatives on the court and overturn Roe vs. Wade. Now that's he's done that, there might be a considerable amount of potential one-issue Trump voters that now think "Mission Accomplished" and stay home or even vote Biden.

Unless they're worried about Biden packing the court. I don't see that happening, unless Kavanaugh and Coney Barrett act brazenly partisan on the bench.

Crazed_Insanity

I think this rushed appointment definitely made republicans look bad... as hypocrites. For sure it’ll hurt their senate majority. Maybe some single voter republicans will feel relieved so they don’t have to vote trump again? But kinda doubt that. The main benefit I see is that this move energized the left more.

That’s how Obama won. He energized more folks on the left to come out to vote, rather than converting folks on the right...

Anyway, regarding roe v wade and court packing, it really doesn’t matter. Abortion rate is dwindling regardless or who’s in the WH and how many conservative justices we have in the courts. Voters on both sides are placing way too much emphasis on this single issue.

No, without some INSANE attempts to successfully block votes that works, Trump will lose, and lose badly.

It's a simple calculation IMO. Trump has a lot of die-hard supporters yes, but he hasn't really gained much if any voters from 2016. He is running with, most likely, the same numbers or LESS than he ran with before. Many Trump voters looking to "Shake things up" didn't realize how horrible he would be.

The number of people early voting is WAAAAY higher than any time in history and a lot of them are voting for Biden.

For many years, people of voting age who were relatively liberal or moderate didn't think voting mattered much....that's all changed.

Melania Trump: “We are a country of hope, not a country of fear or weakness.”

This woman is married to a guy who is head of a political party that is literally afraid of EVERYTHING.

EVERYTHING.

And these people? Most especially they're afraid of appearing weak. Donald Trump is absolutely and utterly terrified of showing what he considers "weakness" in any fashion whatsoever. He goes to incredibly stupid lengths to deny any weakness of any kind.

THAT'S HIS PRIMARY WEAKNESS.

He is the Truck Nutz of Presidents.

The entire operating philosophy of the modern Republican party is fear. Fear is what drives them. Fear of immigrants, fear of change, fear of gay people getting married, fear of trans people using a bathroom, fear that a couple of lesbians might want to adopt a child, fear that children might get enough to eat, fear that woman might control their own bodies and lives, fear that students might learn something contrary to their religion, fear that their miserable capricious spiteful god will smite them for some random misdeed committed by others, fear of elitism, fear of people who worship different gods or none at all, fear that somebody somewhere undeserving might get the same civil rights they enjoy, fear that a black man might not knuckle under to authority with the proper deference and cringing respect, fear that sick people might get healthcare without having to pay, fear that rich people won't get richer and businesses won't make obscene profits, fear of wind turbines and solar panels, fear that we might actually make the world a better place for our children. They're afraid of socialism even though they couldn't possibly tell you what that even is. They're afraid of fascism, even though they are right now voting for it. They're afraid of communism, even though they openly refer to themselves unironically as the RED WAVE. They gulp steroids and Viagra by the handful and roll that coal in their giant trucks, dressed in surplus camo, clutching their guns, because they're utterly terrified some random stranger they don't know on the highway or the internet will think them unmanly and a sissy boy.

These people are afraid of EVERYTHING.

It's what defines them.

FEAR is who they are. Every day. In every moment.

And HOPE? Hope?

You've GOT to be fucking kidding me.

Hope. Don't make me laugh. All you have to do is look at their terrified outrage when Obama said THAT word to America.

HK's main anti-CCP newspaper is named Apple Daily. The owner (Lai) supports the re-election of Trump. He employs a guy (Simon) who used to work for the US intelligence.

Simon used Lai's funds to fund a project accusing Hunter Biden of having PRC business ties. Lai denies that he knew that the employee had used such funds.

https://www.scmp.com/news/china/article/3107892/chinese-media-mogul-jimmy-lai-unknowingly-funded-false-persona-report

Lai said he was sorry that Apple Daily was implicated but maintained his innocence. “I know it is hard for anyone to believe that I didn’t know about it and my integrity is damaged,” he said.

Lai told his employees in a video clip that he would take responsibility for what Simon did even though he played no part in it, according to an Apple Daily report.

Simon, however, said he would take full responsibility.

“I never tell Jimmy what I’m up to. Don‘t people understand our lives? Of course, I didn’t tell him … I lost myself in the data and its accuracy and forgot about the distribution,” Simon said in a reply to the Post.

In a commentary last week, Lai, known for his unrelenting criticism of China, praised Trump for his tough stance on Beijing and said he found “a stronger sense of security in Trump” than Biden, who is leading the numbers in the latest polls.

Lai said on Twitter earlier this week that “some friends accused me [of] supporting Trump in [the] election and it is not right. I apologise”. But he said he stood by his view that “Trump’s dealing with China has been effective and it directly affects us here”.

Of course, no such report on CNN, The Guardian, BBC etc.

The thing is that I don't expect it to be covered by those sources. This is because it doesn't conveniently support the narrative of Billi's buddies, since it shows that they will also happily use dodgy means to smear, or protect, whoever or whatever they want, if they think it's in their own narrative/interests. The left-wing Labor party was returned to government for a third successive term with a fairly sizeable swing away from the right-wing Liberal Party.

Common sense has prevailed, and according to preliminary analysis one of the big reasons why voters went with Labor again is because of premier Annastacia Palaszczuk’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic and keeping our borders shut.

There were other factors too but they aren’t worth my time talking about.

Democrats are good at coming up with excuses for why they can't get anything done. And in some ways, i think, failing to address these root-cause issues that brought us Trump in the first place, is a real disaster waiting to happen. We got lucky that He is an incompentent, bumbling fool who doesn't really want to accomplish anything other than seeing his face on TV. That doesn't mean that that situation persists forever; if the democratic party remains bent on -and they will-, and they remain successful at closing down any sort of left-populist answer to these problems that is more communitarian in nature, I think we are headed for a very dark place.

Anyway YW, I know we dumb Americans probably have given democracy a bad name, but rest assured that dictatorship is far worse. Xi and CCP are not good for China. Hope some day you’ll realize that.

Of course I feel that he is full of shit. He’s got bank accounts setup in China..., so he’s probably just yanking China’s chains for more money? When you don’t pay him enough, then he starts to bad mouth you?

Anyway, I do admire him to be the 1st ever US president to call and congratulate the newly elected Taiwanese president. That was unprecedented. No other US presidents dared to upset China like that. It was customary to pretend that Taiwan doesn’t exist.

Anyway, besides Taiwan, I’m sure Mario would agree with me that Trump’s nationalistic policies had been good for nations around the world. I do like trump for not starting a war and not installing dictators around the world. That’s about the only thing you like about him. But of course that’s only because he’s too busy installing his cronies at home...

I’m sure once he succeeds at becoming a dictator, US will become way more evil than ever before when it comes to foreign policies... setting up concentration camps like Nazi and CCP will also become more commonplace...

He's talking about the vanity fair interview that came out a few days ago, where to my recollection she said something illustrated with her personal experience along the lines of "We need to do better than obamacare, it's a step in the right direction, but it's a half-measure that's too hard to use and a lot of people fall through the cracks."

I suspect he's getting a bit antsy in these last few days because he's nervous about tuesday and assuming that any criticism of democrat accomplishments/politicians/the party itself will be read by someone as an excuse to not vote for Biden. Feel free to correct me if I'm not interpreting correctly, Mo.

Nail on head.

Now, i'm not advocating that Obamacare was perfect. I'll be the first to say "it could have been a whole lot better." Bolded and in quotes. But the timing is awful. However, i'll concede she doesn't control when that article comes out, but when we need fewer reasons to discourage people from voting ...

Sometimes you can tell when people have played in team sports and when they haven't. Or they were always picked last and resented sports and never got the lessons of participating in a group venture.

Which isn't limited to only sport but I digress.

I do think the Dems need to move farther left, but this wasn't the year to do it....goal 1 was to get rid of Trump and his allies, and the best way, sad as this sounds is with a very centrist old white guy that is palatable for conservatives who no longer align with Trump.

Then tack left after gaining control of the congress and white house.

If we win convincingly, play hardball and enact the things that make Republican malfeasance/ victory nigh on impossible; end citizens united, re enact the voting rights act, make election day a holiday, make Puerto Rico and DC states, etc. No bipartisanship.
If we win just enough to have power but not enough to completely wield power, we tack left slightly.

Crazed_Insanity
November 1st, 2020, 07:18 AM
Typical dems do not tact left very much. GOP has decided to go off the deep end on the right, but the likes of Obama/Hillary/Biden are happy with ‘center’ where nothing exciting happens. Obama was pretending to go more left to energize voters, but he slowly drifted to the center...

Not that there’s anything wrong with the ‘center’, but considering your political opposition is leaning far right, we need to reposition ourselves to balance things out. To try to go far left in order to balance our actual center of gravity near the center...

Hope president Obama will become DNC’s mastermind and figure out ways to defeat the GOP as he did with Bernie Sanders during the primaries... he owes us. It was Obama that helped trump’s rise to power. He owes us a fix.

As for AOC, you have to be pretty insecure to think that to state the obvious about ACA would hurt Biden’s chances. Everyone is onboard endorsing Biden already, right?

However thankfully neither Neanderthal nor Billi is in charge of the DNC or the nation, so it matters little what we believe or whether if we agree. I am expecting the worst but still hoping for the best.

COVID19 actually could reshape our political leaning either way... we could become more nationalistic and build higher walls around us... or we could become more progressive with our social programs out of necessity...

Just hoping Biden could win and would work with the progressives more to get our nation back on track rather than just blaming fuckers on the right and fuckers on the left when a moderate loses the election.

Not because of fuckers on the fringe of the left or right of centre squabbling over Biden’s supposed lack of left-ness, but because of the Cult of Trump that happens to be a misunderstood (by people like us) cultural phenomenon that has swept across the nation. He is the right president at the right time for all of these MAGA hat wearing, flag waving gronks to come out of the woodwork in their literal millions. Trump’s mishandling of COVID is the exact thing he needs to do for re-election: these people LOVE it. No amount of progressive politics is going to be able to stop that avalanche. You just need to worry about the candidate that the Republicans field at the 2024 election.

I watched a couple of interviews with experts, one of whom represents Trafalgar Group who accurately and exactly predicted Trump's 2016 victory of 306 Electoral votes. Trafalgar has been accurate in most recent state and midterm elections as well. They are predicting Trump will win again. On the other side of the coin there's Allan Lichtman from American University, who has accurately predicted every presidential election since 1984 based on his system. He's saying Biden will win.

One of them will have their streak broken tomorrow night. I think Lichtman's process has more merit to it, so I choose to believe him.

We don’t know if trump will win yet! :p

If Biden wins and if DNC also won the congress, hopefully Biden won’t be wishy washy about bailing Americans out. We can’t have shutdowns without some sort of financial support. Will Biden and DNC take care of people’s health and finances? Or will there be more shutdowns but ACA and stimulus checks continues to be stalled?

Frankly Biden has this incredibly hard battle ahead of him even if he wins. It’s really not fair to expect him to fix all of America’s problems in 4 short years, but if he messed it up, Trump II will be waiting for us come 2024... scary...

Neanderthal, this is why I was hoping Obama or whoever orchestrated the defeat of Sanders to step up and lead the DNC and our nation back on track. DNC just doesn’t seem as well organized as the GOP. Pessimism is accurate but I think it’s the wrong word.

I’ve the luxury of being more detached from the result than Americans do. And as I’ve said before if Clinton won she would’ve been terrible for foreign relations (and on that note I read another article ( https://www.michaelwest.com.au/one-good-thing-trump-first-president-since-carter-not-to-drag-america-into-foreign-wars/) this morning that vindicates my view on that even further).

My distance from America allows me to draw conclusions that you guys in the thick of it may not be able to, because Trump hasn’t done anything bad to my country. He has been tremendously bad for his own country, and his voters are blind to the fact that they’ve shot themselves in the feet so badly that they’re left with bloody stumps down there. That much is obvious.

But the rest of you may not be able to see just how wild the last four years have been and that his popularity is growing by the day. It’s almost as if Jim Jones is in charge and he’s managed to get a whole country on board. The last 12 months have been… insane.

So I think I’m more of a realist than a pessimist.

I haven’t noticed anything different around here economically from the Bush or Obama years. Only difference being a noticeable “Trump Effect” among some of the less desirable and less polite Canadians, inspired and emboldened by his 24/7 twatish behavior. Everything from the dialogue that takes me back to growing up in the 80’s, (a time I’d like to forget), to hearing about violent acts being committed against minorities.

I think some of the eastern timezone states close their polls at 7pm (eastern standard time), which is a little over 3 hours from now (14:45 CST). There will probably be something resembling results not too long after that from the states which are not really in play. Don't expect anything like answers from Pennsylvania or Florida before tomorrow morning unless it's a complete blow-out.

If it’s any help, “3 hours from now” is 09:45 my time.

In 2016 we’d gotten relatively firm confirmation that Trump won by 15:45 that day.

This election is bringing out the ugly in a lot of people. Last night a good friend of mine of 28 years had a meltdown and lashed out at the group of us, calling us brainwashed by the media because we questioned his belief that Biden was a pedophile and that Hillary drank kids blood. Plus he said a bunch of stuff about Hunter Biden fucking little boys or something, and that there's video proof from his laptop. Standard nutty stuff. The four of us are high school buddies who regularly keep in touch (which is rare) in a WhatsApp group together. This one guy is ex-military and has a habit of blurting out the weirdest shit (deep state etc) and last night he took it to another level by storming into our conversation with guns blazing and spouting his crazy theories, all the while being very insulting toward us for not sharing in his madness. In response we ridiculed and challenged him several times to produce evidence to back up his bizarre claims. With his back against the wall he said goodbye and exited the group. Reminds me a lot of roofer's exit from this community.

There is a sickness in society called conspiratorial thinking, and it's the root cause for why Trump is winning half the vote in America right now. This disease also transcends borders. Normal people like to deal with facts and evidence to draw their conclusions, but this new breed thinks badly edited YouTube videos with cheesy voiceovers is enough to suffice. It's fucked up.

I hope my friend cools off and comes back to our group. It's hard to stomach that he would throw away almost three decades of friendship because of his love for bullshit he's seen on YouTube. But these days you never know.

I hope my friend cools off and comes back to our group. It's hard to stomach that he would throw away almost three decades of friendship because of his love for bullshit he's seen on YouTube. But these days you never know.

Wow. Luckily I don’t have any close friends like that...

But perhaps I’m that kind of friend for my friends? :D

Anyway, have pity for your friend. After all, they are like Sarah Connor or Neo and the gang... thought they’re trying to save us?

I personally don’t believe the Qanon crap, but I have to admit that thanks to Jeff Epstein, I don’t completely write it off either. Real truth is probably somewhere in between? I have no solid evidences proving either way.., if I’m gonna believe something without evidences, I’d rather choose the gospel story! :p

"I love the poorly educated" was the most honest thing he's ever said. While they (fore-mentioned poorly educated) interpreted it as "I want to help them", the rest of us knew exactly what he meant. "I love dumbfucks, and they'll vote for me and love me for telling them they're dumbfucks, because they're dumbfucks."

Standing By: Right-Wing Militia Groups & the US Election (https://acleddata.com/acleddatanew/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/ACLEDMilitiaWatch_StandingByMilitiaGroups_2020Web. pdf)

https://acleddata.com/acleddatanew/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/MilitiaMap1.png

There has been a major realignment of militia movements in the US from anti-federal government writ large to mostly supporting one candidate, thereby generally positioning the militia movement alongside a political party. This has resulted in the further entrenchment of a connection between these groups’ identities and politics under the Trump administration, with the intention of preserving and promoting a limited and warped understanding of US history and culture.

These armed groups engage in hybrid tactics. They train for urban and rural combat while also mixing public relations, propaganda works, and ‘security operations’ via both online and physical social platforms to engage those outside of the militia sphere. There is an increasing narrative and trend that groups are organizing to ‘supplement’ the work of law enforcement or to place themselves in a narrowly defined ‘public protection’ role in parallel with police departments of a given locale.

Ahead of the election, right-wing militia activity has been dominated by reactions to recent social justice activism like the Black Lives Matter movement, public health restrictions due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, and other perceived threats to the ‘liberty’ and ‘freedoms’ of these groups.

And right-wing militia groups are often highly competitive with one another, but many have coalesced around this period of heightened political tension, and have even brought Proud Boys and QAnon-linked groups into the fold. While some groups have indicated that they are receptive to calls for deescalation and conflict avoidance, they remain vulnerable to hardline elements that may work clandestinely towards violent action aimed at dominating public space around the election.

Non-Right-Wing Groups

Amid rising political tensions ahead of the election, groups have organized across the ideological spectrum. The vast majority of militias identified over the summer are right-wing, and their activity is widespread and growing. Left-wing militia activity is not as pronounced, and while the specter of ‘Antifa’ looms large in the public imagination, violent activities associated with this non-centralized movement have been minimal, and are often expressed in cyber actions (like doxxing), and with minimal rioting that typically does not involve threats or harm to individuals.
‘Antifa’

The loosely organized anti-fascist movement known as ‘Antifa’ engages in two primary activities relevant to the behavior under review in this report. Local and interstate networks of antifascists organize counter-mobilization against right-wing street organizing, including against many of the groups analyzed below. The majority of ‘Antifa’ energy is spent towards counterintelligence operations, primarily doxxing right-wing activists and organizing publicly and semi-publicly available information. Antifa-affiliated activists are also rarely armed and do not exhibit a pattern of recruitment, training, and integration into a chain-of-command, like most militia and armed groups.

Not Fucking Around Coalition

The Not Fucking Around Coalition (NFAC) is a burgeoning Black separatist movement that, in many ways, is a direct reaction to many of the groups analyzed below. The NFAC is an all-Black, armed activist movement started and led by an Atlanta DJ known as Grandmaster Jay. They have appeared in opposition to mostly-white right-wing militia movements and continue to call for retribution for Breonna Taylor’s death at the hands of the Louisville police. While they clearly draw from and instrumentalize left-wing militant aesthetics (such as the Black Panther Party of the 1970s), they do not have an explicitly leftist political program. In the past months, the leader of the NFAC has begun to call for the establishment of a separatist Black ethnostate in Texas, and has attempted to align his movement with other Black armed movements like the New Black Panther Party (not affiliated with the original Panthers and widely disavowed by the same).

The NFAC have been active across at least three states and Washington, DC since the start of the summer, including in their ‘home’ state of Georgia; Kentucky, where they have shown up in Louisville in support of Breonna Taylor; and Louisiana. The group has shown up exclusively in the context of protests. For example, in late July, about 2,500 armed and 300 unarmed NFAC members held a rally in Louisville, Kentucky in support of the BLM movement, demanding justice for Breonna Taylor. The group was met by III%ers counter-protesting, resulting in verbal sparring between the two groups, though police in heavy riot gear kept both sides apart.

Currently it’s Biden 264 vs Trump 214

Looks like there’s a real possibility that Biden could win this.

There are four states still in play with Trump leading three of them. Biden only needs 6 electoral votes to cross the line.

The states are:

Nevada (Biden lead) 6 votes
Georgia (Trump lead) 16 votes
North Carolina (Trump lead) 15 votes
Pennsylvania (Trump lead) 20 votes

If Biden wins any one state, he will be president.

If Trump wins all remaining states, he will be president.

Doing the math assuming it stays as it is the end result will be:

Biden 270 (win) Trump 265 (loss)

So Biden has 264 so far, but some places are saying 253. Not everyone is giving him Arizona’s 11 votes yet. Weird.

If you're talking about the president himself saying BS, you can't just not report it. We viewers have the right to choose to ignore stuffs Trump said, but news media shouldn't do that. Of course journalists should also have the integrity to challenge president's BS. We won.

But, now we have to buckle down, dig deep, and donate/ phone bank/ whatever to make sure people in Georgia elect Ossoff and Warnock in January. We have to overwhelm their airwaves with our ads. And make sure the on the ground entities that register voters have the money to do what needs to be done.

Concession isn’t necessary, only removal. Either willingly or by force, (and I do hope it’s by force and that it’s televised).

Whether or not he concedes he's getting evicted. Like you said, it's not necessary for him to do so, although it has become customary.

Definitely. Concessions aren't necessary, they're also symbolic just like the news orgs calling the election. The only thing that actually matters is when the states certify their results and who that makes the winner on Jan. 20th.

The big positive to the news calling the race is that the public now feels like the question is answered. It'll be a lot harder for Trump to try to ram something through the courts without having the public turn on him even more than they have in the past. Trump's never been a popular president, but people do believe he was legitimately elected in 2016. It'd be an entirely different matter if people think he's trying to stay in office without actually having been elected.

Georgia is going to be tough, but we can do it if we convince Georgians to get to the polls.

I think https://fairfight.com/ Is what Stacey Abrams put together to get people registered for the general election with great success.

It's been a long time coming, but what a relief.
Watching Van Jones' reaction on CNN was very powerful. It was very powerful. I teared up a bit too. I felt bad that I made fun of him four years ago calling him a crybaby, cause I had no idea it would be this bad under Trump. I’ve seen how it’s leaked over the border into my country too, and it’s really shitty. I’m happy for Van Jones, he speaks the truth for minorities everywhere.

Yup.
We (speaking for myself) need to really help the effort to get people registered and to the polls in Georgia.

Republicans are going to frame it as "the last wall of defense against democrats impending socialism ..." in all their messaging.

But Trump was really the figurehead wretched as he was: McConnell was the power. McConnell MUST be demoted. Which, being that he won his election, can only happen if we win those two seats in Georgia.

<edit> I just donated.

Are we now referring to him as president-elect Joseph Robinette Biden Jr?

Trump law suits tossed out, even Fox News declared Biden the winner... can we get more official than that?

There can’t possibly be others states that changes color after recounts, right?

In retrospect, Trump is like Covid19 I guess. Both are no good, but at least trump ceased US meddling with nations around the world and COVID helped stop global warming a bit..., but of course both shouldn’t be allowed to continue to rule over our lives.

Look forward to the day when we can remove COVID-19 as well!

70,000,000 Americans voted for the lunatic.

That is a deeply divided country. Hopefully they can undo the damage done, by this walking cautionary tale, and his greed.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said Friday that Joe Biden “deserves” to have his Cabinet appointees confirmed by the Senate if he ends up the winner of the presidential election.

Can anybody translate?

Like it says, cabinet members are appointees until Senate confirms them.
Or like many Trump's staff, caretakers.

I can translate. Fuck Lindsey Graham.

Leon, it saddens me, immensely, that he yielded 8M more votes than in 2016, AFTER completely buttfucking the COVID "response".

So much so, in fact, that I'm inclined to assume every other person I see in the grocery store is a dumbfuck.

This shouldn't have been anywhere near this close. It says volumes about the people in this country. Granted, I doubt 1/3 of the total eligible voters actually voted. Which leads to another point, if you didn't vote, you are complicit by abstinence.

I know full well what that means, because I voted the first time in 2012 (ever, for Obama). I never gave politics a thought, until 2016. If nothing else, the orange fuckstain opened my eyes that there was something really, REALLY wrong with this country. Most of what he campaigned on (spouting the corruption shit, etc) was spot on, but he didn't have to BE the one doing it. The complicity of the GOP was another eye-opener. That a goup of elected official can turn a blind eye to openly unconstitutional/immoral, etc acts and statements... Well, fuck them.

The really sad part (for me anyway), is the end of friendships and family relationships, due to this asshole, that I'm not sure can be undone. He cultivated so much hate and divisiveness, that they still won't listen to anything that is reasonable or objective. You're still a libtard, and against Trump.

If I'm a libtard, I'll happily be one.

Fuck right-wing cunts.

That truly sucks Drew. I’ve lost friends over their purely hateful right wing views as well. When Christchurch lost 50 people the bile being spat by a large number of friends caused me to perform a swift cull on Facebook. It sickened me to my core.

Closer friends… you just grow distant and stop talking to them. Eventually they exit your life, and you don’t feel too sad about it.

Hopefully now Biden will be able to drive unity within your country and start leading a global push towards just being good cunts to each other.

Yep. My line of rationale: if you're complicit, you are.

You're ok with "fine people, on both sides", "rapists, drug dealers and murders", "shut down all travel from Muslim countries", kids in cages, and/or taken from their parents.

In other words, fuck you.

In other good news, it appears that we’ve seen the end of Qanon. The account hasn’t posted anything since Election Day and is reportedly up for sale for $1M.

Qanon followers are now floundering and wondering what to do next.

Oh my fucking god it’s real. The Trump team booked the wrong “four seasons” and now it all ends in a landscaping firm parking lot. Unbelievable. It should be illegal to be this happy
