Seriously, most of the exotic-looking mid-engine cars that make me do a double-take these days turn out to be brand new 'Vettes upon closer inspection. Not that that's a bad thing at all...

Yeah, was hard to get a good pic of it. I didn't have my phone out when I saw it waiting to turn onto Olympic, and then the only real chance we had was as it passed us while we were in a left turn lane with Michele trying to snap pictures of it as it went past from the passenger seat.
You can definitely tell from all the louvres on the front fenders, that's a pretty big tell for it.

Oooh, random fun fact for those not near here - the skyscraper that you can see straight down the boulevard in the rear view mirror is Nakatomi Plaza.
Saw a Ford Falcon, done up like a historic race car, drive past on the street. I mean, it was a race car. It did not look street legal, but there it was.
