I was actually hoping for a demo/prologue this year and the full game out by Golden Week 2021.

Re-watched the announcement trailer; it looks like they went from the menu to the track within 3 seconds. That is really impressive (if it's the actual loading time and not editing).

    According to this trailer:

    GT7 "anticipated first half 2021"

    So, a 2022 release then?

If you're feeling very optimistic. At least the PS5 supply should be adequate and one will have plenty of time to save up.

In news that is set to shock the world, GT7 has been delayed to 2022.

Sony has said it is due to challenges presented by the ongoing pandemic.

The next delay, due later this year, will push the game back to 2023.

But that delay will probably be delayed.
