Building the garage takes longer than building in the garage.

There is a whole lot of Truth with that.

I have gotten my ass kicked at work all summer. Pulling 9+ days of call a month, and working 15 or so hours of work on my call days. Plus working extra to help out when I can.

It has been rough. Days I haven't been working have been resting and trying to be ready for the next days worth of ass kicking I receive.

That said, the Corvette comes first. Once that happens, thia project begins. I am still planning things about the build, so it hasn't just been *sitting* dead. Per se.

I'll get my shit together and try to get this thing rolling.

My life is boring thus I have to live vicariously through you and others.

And I am more than willing to drive out and help with whatever. Pizza and beer and let's knock the rest of that garage out! Old school GTX party unite!

I might have a massive car tear down party ...

    I am not sure.

We'd need to have everyone on a camera as to not miss anything...

I'll split drive time with you, Phil. Just let me know when.

How does towards the end of October sound?

I'm thinking teardown of mas, dropping all of the stuff from under it. Dropping it on dollies, then rolling the FRS in, and tearing the running gear out of it.

Of course, this stuff will all be labelled, videos, etc.

    Weekend of the 22nd?

I figure, drive out 20th, drive home the 24th?

    Hmmmm...

That may be the best/only option.

    1st weekend I'm on call.

8th I have a wedding to go to.

15th could be doable, but one of my helpers won't be there.

    22nd I have a "leadership work party"

    29th....Halloween on Monday...
