    It kinda passed us, but it lost a lot of strength by the time it got to us. It rained and was kind of breezy for half the day.

    We had quite a strong one come by on Thursday or Saturday. But I don't post about them as they just happen, and as we generally deal with them fine.

    Yeah, well, I don't think tropical storms are supposed make landfall with a warning of less than 12 hours.

    Or that they could gain so much power in so little time.

    Hurricane Otis is a groundbreaker. Quite literally.

    That's awful. Just crazy too how it intensified so quickly that by the time anybody knew how bad it would be, it was too late to do much about it.

    Yep, climate change is probably less about global warming but more about global "extreming"...

    It's so weird that it's not just politics becoming polarizing, even the climate ends up going to either extremes as well.
