That was a great race! The on track action slowed down after Max flat spotted all of his tires, but Coulthard going into great detail on his similar situation with the same team and how he felt it affected his career and mindset from that point was quite interesting and helped fill that gap.
I think they McLaren should have given Norris two options: let Piastri by immediately and then you can have a straight up race, or tell Piastri to pick up the fucking pace and if he gets within DRS range to just let him go. But both of those choices involve having them push, and McLaren was deathly afraid of a mistake or tire deg causing them to lose the top two positions, so neither of those options interested them.

Only one passing area due to DRS…equals very low number of passes. I’m glad Piastri got his first win but overall not much going in this one.

Regarding McLaren’s team order, why?
Likes of Senna or Vettel would never obey.
